杭州绿棕榈科技有限公司及其关联方（简称"BeeGrid MGT科技"以下简称"我们"）作为BeeGrid MGT平台的运营者，深知个人信息对您的重要性，我们将按照法律法规的规定，保护您的个人信息及隐私安全。我们制定本"隐私政策"并特别提示：希望您在使用BeeGrid MGT平台及相关服务前仔细阅读并理解本隐私政策，以便做出适当的选择。

本隐私政策将帮助您了解：

我们会遵循隐私政策收集、使用您的信息，但不会仅因您同意本隐私政策而采用强制捆绑的方式一揽子收集个人信息。
当您使用或开启相关功能或使用服务时，为实现功能、服务所必需，我们会收集、使用相关信息。除非是为实现基本业务功能或根据法律法规要求所必需的必要信息，您均可以拒绝提供且不影响其他功能或服务。我们将在隐私政策中逐项说明哪些是必要信息。
如果您未登录账号，我们会通过设备对应的标识符信息来保障信息推送的基本功能。如果您登录了账号，我们会根据账号信息实现信息推送。
为了实现功能易操作避免手动输入，我们可能会申请通讯录权限。我们尊重您的选择权，如果您不希望获取通讯录，您可以在设置中关闭。
通讯录、精确地理位置、摄像头、麦克风、相册权限，均不会默认开启，只有经过您的明示授权才会在为实现特定功能或服务时使用，您也可以撤回授权。特别需要指出的是，即使经过您的授权，我们获得了这些敏感权限，也不会在相关功能或服务不需要时而收集您的信息。
本隐私政策适用于您通过BeeGrid MGT应用程序、BeeGrid MGT官方网站、BeeGrid MGT平台、供第三方网站和应用程序使用的BeeGrid MGT软件开发工具包（SDK）和应用程序编程接口（API）方式来访问和使用我们的产品和服务。

下文将帮您详细了解我们如何收集、使用、存储、传输、共享、转让（如适用）与保护个人信息；帮您了解查询、访问、删除、更正、撤回授权个人信息的方式。其中，有关您个人信息权益的条款重要内容我们已用加粗形式提示，请特别关注。

一、我们如何收集和使用个人信息

我们会按照如下方式收集您在使用服务时主动提供的，以及通过自动化手段收集您在使用功能或接受服务过程中产生的信息：

1.1 注册、登录、认证

1.1.1 注册、登录账号

a. 当您注册、登录BeeGrid MGT平台及我们相关服务时，您可以通过邮箱创建账号，并且您可以完善相关的网络身份识别信息（头像、昵称、密码），收集这些信息是为了帮助您完成注册。您还可以根据自身需求选择填写性别、生日、地区及个人介绍来完善您的信息。

b. 当您注册、登录BeeGrid MGT平台时，您默认允许邀请人获取您的邮箱码。

c. 您也可以使用第三方账号登录并使用BeeGrid MGT，您将授权我们获取您在第三方平台注册的公开信息（头像、昵称以及您授权的其他信息），用于与BeeGrid MGT账号绑定，使您可以直接登录并使用本产品和相关服务。

d. 登录第三方账号：当您使用BeeGrid MGT账号登录第三方账号时，经过您的同意，我们可能会共享昵称、头像以及您授权的其他信息。

e. 基于我们与通信运营商的合作，当您使用BeeGrid MGT"一键登录"功能时，经过您的明示同意，运营商会将您的邮箱发送给我们，便于我们为您提供快捷的登录服务。邮箱属于个人敏感信息，如果拒绝提供将无法使用"一键登录"方式注册登录BeeGrid MGT，但不影响您通过其他方式注册登录，也不影响其他功能的正常使用。

1.1.2 认证

在您使用身份认证的功能或相关服务所需时，根据相关法律法规，您可能需要提供您的真实身份信息（真实姓名、身份证号码、电话号码）以完成实名验证。这些信息属于个人敏感信息，您可以拒绝提供，如果拒绝提供您将可能无法获得相关服务，但不影响其他功能与服务的正常使用。

1.2 播放浏览

1.2.1 我们可能会收集相关必要的日志信息。

1.2.3 GPS地理位置是个人敏感信息，若您拒绝提供，将影响相关功能的正常使用，不影响其他功能使用。

1.2.4 我们会基于IP地址对应的城市向您展示、推荐您所在地区的相关信息。

1.3 发布与互动

1.3.1 信息发布

a. 您发布音视频、图片等内容或进行评论时，我们将收集您发布的信息。
b. 您使用发布图片、音视频功能时，我们会请求您授权相机、照片、麦克风权限。您如果拒绝授权提供，将无法使用此功能，但不影响您正常使用BeeGrid MGT平台的其他功能。
c. 用户因使用我们的产品或者服务而被我们收集的信息，例如其他用户发布的信息中可能含有您的部分信息（如：在评论、留言、发布图文、音视频中涉及到与您相关的信息）。

1.4 维护应用系统的运行

在您使用BeeGrid MGT App期间，我们会获取您的手机设备信息，包括：Mac地址、CPU信息、内存信息、SD卡信息、操作系统版本。用以收集应用的异常信息，在应用出问题后进行报错，保障系统运行的稳定和安全。

1.5 安全运行

1.5.1 安全保障功能

我们致力于为您提供安全、可信的产品与使用环境，提供优质而可靠的服务与信息是我们的核心目标。为实现安全保障功能所收集的信息是必要信息。

1.5.2 设备信息与日志信息

a. 为了保障软件与服务的安全运行，我们会收集您的硬件型号、操作系统版本号、国际移动设备识别码、唯一设备标识符、网络设备硬件地址、IP地址、WLAN接入点、蓝牙、基站、软件版本号、网络接入方式、类型、状态、网络质量数据、操作、使用、服务日志。
b. 为了预防恶意程序及安全运营所必需，我们会收集安装的应用信息或正在运行的进程信息、应用程序的总体运行、使用情况与频率、应用崩溃情况、总体安装使用情况、性能数据、应用来源。
c. 我们可能使用您的账户信息、设备信息、服务日志信息以及我们关联方、合作方在获得您授权或依法可以共享的信息，用于判断账户安全、进行身份验证、检测及防范安全事件。

1.6 连接与控制设备

a. 当您使用BeeGrid MGT App连接BeeGrid MGT产品设备时，我们会收集您的设备的位置信息、Wi-Fi列表信息、设备的SN码、设备日志、设备状态、使用历史和蓝牙信息（包括手机MAC地址、手机设备名称、手机设备服务信息、蓝牙信号强度），帮助您实现手机与设备的连接，以及手机对设备的控制。连接后您可以通过BeeGrid MGT App监测您的设备运行状态，并进行远程控制。此为BeeGrid MGT产品和服务的核心业务功能，如果您选择不提供上述信息，您将无法使用该核心功能。
b. 当您将BeeGrid MGT设备连接到您的家庭电网时，我们可以收集太阳能发电以及电网，家庭和电池之间的电流。

1.7 收集、使用个人信息目的变更

当您下订单或联系我们进行客户服务时，我们可能需要您的联系信息，如您的姓名、电子邮件地址、送货地址和电话号码。

请您了解，随着我们业务的发展，可能会对BeeGrid MGT平台的功能和提供的服务有所调整变化。原则上，当新功能或服务与我们当前提供的功能或服务相关时，收集与使用的个人信息将与原处理目的具有直接或合理关联。在与原处理目的无直接或合理关联的场景下，我们收集、使用您的个人信息，会再次进行告知，并征得您的同意。

1.8 问题反馈及消息推送

当您有问题要向我们反馈时，可以通过上传照片或视频的方式，来更清楚地描述您的问题。如果您选择上传照片或视频，我们将获取您的手机相册信息。

如果您打开消息通知权限，为确保BeeGrid MGT App处于关闭或后台运行状态下可正常接收消息推送，以及通过蓝牙向BeeGrid MGT产品设备下达指令，我们App会使用自启动功能（仅限安卓版本），同时会获取您手机设备的蓝牙信息。在关闭消息通知权限的情况下，则不会有自启动。

1.9 依法豁免征得同意收集和使用的个人信息

请您理解，在下列情形中，根据法律法规及相关国家标准，我们收集和使用您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意：

a. 与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；
b. 与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；
c. 与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的；
d. 出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；
e. 所收集的您的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的；
f. 从合法公开披露的信息中收集的您的个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；
g. 根据您的要求签订或履行合同所必需的；
h. 用于维护软件及相关服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现、处置软件及相关服务的故障；
i. 为合法的新闻报道所必需的；
j. 学术研究机构基于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要，且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时，对结果中所包含的个人信息进行去标识化处理的；
k. 法律法规规定的其他情形。

特别提示您注意，如信息无法单独或结合其他信息识别到您的个人身份，其不属于法律意义上您的个人信息；当您的信息可以单独或结合其他信息识别到您的个人身份时或我们将无法与任何特定个人信息建立联系的数据与其他您的个人信息结合使用时，这些信息在结合使用期间，将作为您的个人信息按照本隐私政策处理与保护。

我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护，BeeGrid MGT产品和服务不会面向14周岁以下的儿童，如果没有父母或监护人的同意，儿童不得创建自己的用户账户。

BeeGrid MGT Privacy Policy

Hangzhou GreenPalm Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates ("BeeGrid MGT Technology" hereinafter referred to as "we"), as the operator of the BeeGrid MGT platform, are fully aware of the importance of personal information to you. We will protect your personal information and privacy security in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We remind you to carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using the BeeGrid MGT platform and related services so that you can make appropriate choices.

This Privacy Policy will help you understand:

We will collect and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and will not collect personal information in a package by forced bundling simply because you agree to this Privacy Policy.
When you use or enable related functions or services, we will collect and use relevant information as necessary to achieve the functions and services. Unless it is necessary to achieve basic business functions or as required by laws and regulations, you may refuse to provide it without affecting other functions or services.
If you are not logged in, we may use device identifiers to ensure basic information push. If you are logged in, information push may be based on your account information.
To simplify operations, we may request address book permissions. You may disable this in settings.
Contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, and photo library permissions are not enabled by default and will only be used with your explicit authorization for specific functions or services; you may withdraw authorization at any time.
This Privacy Policy applies when you access and use our products and services via the BeeGrid MGT app, official website, platform, SDKs, and APIs.

Ⅰ. How we collect and use personal information

We collect the information you actively provide when using the service, as well as information generated by automated means during use, including:

1.1 Registration, Login, Authentication

1.1.1 Register and log in

a. You can create an account with your email and complete profile information (avatar, nickname, password). Optional fields include gender, birthday, region, and a personal introduction.

b. When registering/logging in to the BeeGrid MGT platform, by default the inviter may obtain your email code.

c. You may log in using a third-party account, authorizing us to obtain public information you registered with the third-party platform (avatar, nickname, other authorized data) for account binding.

d. When you use your BeeGrid MGT account to log in to a third-party account, with your consent, we may share your nickname, avatar, and other authorized information.

e. One-click Login: with your consent, the carrier may send your email to us to provide fast login. Email is personal sensitive information; refusal only affects one-click login, not other functions.

1.1.2 Authentication

You may need to provide real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number) for real-name verification per applicable laws. Refusal may prevent access to related services but will not affect other functions.

1.2 Play & Browse

1.2.1 We may collect necessary log information.

1.2.3 GPS location is personal sensitive information. Refusal may affect related features.

1.2.4 We may display or recommend information by city based on your IP address.

1.3 Publishing & Interaction

1.3.1 Information Release

a. When you post audio, video, pictures or comments, we collect the information you post.
b. When posting pictures, audio or video, we will request camera, photos and microphone permissions. Refusal prevents use of the feature but not other platform functions.
c. Information about you may appear in content posted by other users (e.g., comments, messages, media).

1.4 Maintaining app operation

We may obtain your device information (MAC address, CPU, memory, SD card, OS version) to collect abnormal application information, log errors, and ensure stability and security.

1.5 Safe Operation

1.5.1 Security safeguards

To provide a secure, reliable service environment, we collect necessary information for security purposes.

1.5.2 Device & Log Information

a. Hardware model, OS version, IMEI, device identifiers, MAC address, IP address, WLAN AP, Bluetooth, base station, app version, network method, type, status, quality data, operation and service logs.
b. Installed apps or running processes, usage and frequency, crashes, installation and usage, performance data, app sources.
c. We may use account/device/log info and authorized partner data for account security, authentication, and incident detection/prevention.

1.6 Connecting & controlling devices

a. When connecting to BeeGrid MGT devices, we collect device location, Wi‑Fi list, device SN, logs, status, usage history and Bluetooth info (phone MAC, device name/service, signal strength) to help connect and control devices. This is a core business function.
b. When connecting to your home grid, we may collect solar generation and currents between grid, home and battery.

1.7 Changes in purpose of collection/use

For orders or support, we may request your contact details (name, email, shipping address, phone).

As services evolve, new functions related to existing ones will have directly or reasonably related purposes. Otherwise, we will inform you again and obtain consent.

1.8 Feedback & Push Notifications

When providing feedback, you may upload photos/videos (requiring photo library access). If notifications are enabled, the app may use auto‑start (Android) and obtain Bluetooth information to receive push notifications and send device commands.

1.9 Collection and use without consent as required by law

Cases include those directly related to national security, public interests, crime investigation, life/property protection when consent is hard to obtain, information you publicly disclose, legally disclosed information, contract necessity, software/service stability, legitimate news reporting, de‑identified academic research, or other circumstances stipulated by law.

1.10 Other information

Details of communications with us (time, subject, content). The app may request various mobile permissions as listed in the original document.

Ⅱ. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We may send cookies or anonymous identifiers to collect and identify information when you use our products. We do not use cookies beyond the purposes stated. Uses include safe/efficient operation and easier access experience. Browsers typically allow clearing cache/cookies.

Ⅲ. Sharing, Transfer & Public Disclosure

Sharing follows authorization/consent, legality/minimum necessity, and security/prudence principles; includes functions/services, account binding, content sync, location services, advertising, statistics, security, analytics, academic research, and marketing participation as detailed in the source policy.

Ⅳ. Storage of Personal Information

Domestic storage; no cross‑border transfer currently. If cross‑border, we will comply with regulations or obtain consent. Retention is limited to the period necessary to provide services, otherwise data is deleted or anonymized unless laws require longer retention.

Ⅴ. Security of Personal Information

We take reasonable technical/organizational measures (encryption, anonymization, access control, training). Despite best efforts, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We have incident response plans and will notify you and regulators as required.

Ⅵ. Manage Your Personal Information

Rights include query, access, modify, delete, withdraw consent, and account cancellation. You may change or revoke sensitive permissions in OS settings or in‑app. Withdrawal may affect features but not past processing based on consent.

Ⅷ. Amendments & Notices

We may revise this policy from time to time. Updates will be announced on the platform prior to taking effect and your rights will not be reduced without explicit consent.

Our products/services are not intended for children under 14. Children cannot create accounts without parental/guardian consent.
